This prompted us to begin a program of developing our technicians to give them the correct skills and a better understanding of what our clients require. All our technicians are now qualified Test Persons which allows us to give a comprehensive, all round better service.
Working together we can offer the perfect partnership to ensure that the smallest to the largest installation will run smoothly. We can achieve this by offering such services as unlimited site checks, CAD drawings showing your department with the new installation, and full technical services requirements.
Dekomed can meet your contractors or in-house installation team to ensure that the services are correct for a successful installation. We will also produce unique drawings of your department to clarify all mechanical and electrical requirements.
In our continuing effort to support the customer throughout the life of their DEKO washer disinfector, we offer validation to the required standards by trained Dekomed engineers. This will ensure that the testing will be carried out with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.
All our engineers are trained as test persons and have years of experience testing the DEKO washer disinfector range. In addition, our test engineers only test DEKO washer disinfectors, so you can be confident that the tests will be carried out with the utmost competence.
Each engineer is fully conversant on every model of the DEKO range and all carry a complete spare parts package. This ensures that should a problem arise the engineer will be able to solve the problem and continue testing without delay.
Have you also considered combining your service visits with your validation visits? This will minimise the disruption to your department and can reduce overall costs. You can then rest assured that your washer disinfector has been serviced and tested to the manufactures recommendations.
Validation contracts can be set up for a one off visit or up to a five per year package. Either way, a successful report will arrive on your desk within one week of the tests being carried out. Each report can be tailor made to suit your unique requirements or a standard report can be issued.
Following the manufacturer’s guidelines and using fully trained Dekomed engineers, together we can tailor make a service contract which will greatly increase your washer disinfector’s uptime and extend the life of the machine.
