Deko-260 is a microprocessor controlled washer-thermal disinfector designed for use in hospitals, laboratories and sterile services departments. Its cleaning and disinfection efficiency have been stringently tested and approved internationally.

Deko-260 is available with the option of an integrated dryer. The machine is constructed of stainless AISI 304 and acid resistant AISI 316 steel, and all of the components have undergone rigorous testing. In addition to durability and efficiency, the versatility of the Deko-260 is a hallmark of its design.

Deko-260 is controlled by a microprocessor offering the choice of five different cycles. Wash water temperature can be easily adjusted to enable the cleaning of items ranging from surgical instruments to rubber, plastic and glassware. The disinfection time and temperature are programmable from 800C to 930C and 1 to 10 minutes by using special codes. In cases of malfunction, a red indicator displays, and if the set values for time and temperature have not been reached, the door will not open. A security lock also prevents the door from being opened while the machine is in operation. Independent paper, digital and paperless chart recorders and cycle counter are optional.

Deko-260 has rotating wash arms and an automatic connection for jet racks to facilitate the infection of water into cannulated instruments, hoses, tubes and bottles. The design of the removable wash arms ensures complete contact with all parts of the load items and wash chamber, in addition to allowing for easy cleaning of the spray holes. The sliding shelves are mounted on the sides of the wash chamber and are fully removable allowing for a diversity of loading options. Dosage of liquid detergent is carried out automatically by a pump and can easily be regulated for agents with varying concentrations. An extra detergent pump, rinse aid pump and distilled water feed are available as options.
